Rock Medical Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management
for a travel nursing job in Albany, Georgia.Job Description &
Requirements
13 week contract
Start: 10/07/2024
Shift: 8, 10, or 12
Will be working in inpatient units. Must have 5 years experience
with at least the last 2 years in the hospital setting.
Must hold GA or Compact RN License
Need UR and Care Transitions experience
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE AND MUST BE LISTED
ON THE RESUME
Need candidates that have complex discharge planning in a hospital
setting.
Can work in any inpatient unit - med/surg, ICU, L&D, NICU,
Mother/Baby, etc.
