Job Description:

A company is looking for an Affiliate Resource Mobilization Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver fundraising training for local affiliates
Manage the regranting program, including the RFP process and grant disbursements
Collaborate with the Development team to align fundraising strategies and support capacity-building programs

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of non-profit experience with 3 years in fundraising
Understanding of labor or community organizing strategies
Experience developing and executing fundraising strategies for grassroots organizations
Experience with training and facilitation
Bilingual English/Spanish speaker
