Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Customer
Renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Commercial & Enterprise Renewals teams to
achieve revenue goals
Develop and execute retention strategies to grow the existing
customer base
Forecast revenue based on customer health data and implement
effective processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of renewals/account management/sales experience
7+ years of management experience with a focus on Enterprise and
Commercial customers
Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets
Experience in negotiating complex contracts and legal
discussions
Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft is a plus
