• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant
• A blend of corporate and independent experience is a big plus
• Proven focus on hospitality leadership and guest experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Establish efficient systems and processes to support operational excellence, clarity of roles, and resource accessibilityResponsibilities:
• Lead daily operations by monitoring service standards, conducting floor walks, and engaging with guests
• Maintain high visibility during peak hours and support staff when needed to ensure smooth service
• Handle all staffing responsibilities including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluations
• Manage costs through inventory control, food cost analysis, and labor optimization
• Maintain compliance with health codes, safety standards, and alcohol regulations - implement cleaning schedules, proper documentation, and regular staff training
