A company is looking for a Telephony Sr Delivery Manager to
oversee telephony experience and customer communication
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of telephony and customer
communication platforms
Manage and mentor a team, improving overall departmental
capabilities
Identify and report on key telephony metrics to enhance customer
experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
10+ years of experience in contact center operations with
proficiency in Genesys Cloud
5+ years of experience in contact center management/leadership
Experience with multi-tenant multi-media Contact Centers
