Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition
Partner to manage the hiring process for technical roles in Product
and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify candidates to meet growth goals using various
recruitment tools
Refine interviewing best practices in collaboration with Product
and Engineering leadership
Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing and
interview processes
Required Qualifications
6+ years of in-house recruiting experience at technology
companies
1+ years of B2B SaaS recruiting experience
2+ years of startup experience
Experience in agency recruiting is a plus
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
