Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Support Processor
to join their expanding Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Triage service requests received via digital communication
channels
Process inbound customer support requests and maintain accurate
customer records
Assist in identifying and escalating potential issues that hinder
customer success
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer success or support
role
Experience in a call center or insurance agency setting is a
plus
Prior 100% remote work experience
Familiarity with service ticketing systems, Google Suite, and
Zendesk is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if
needed
