Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Risk Lead responsible for
overseeing end-to-end business risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Build and support risk and control programs, ensuring consistency
and excellence in business risk management
Collaborate with partners on monitoring programs and provide
guidance on improving practices
Ensure internal testing and rigorous monitoring of high-risk
processes, focusing on customer experience and regulatory
adherence
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a financial services or banking
organization in an operational role
Experience managing regulated business processes and operational
procedures
Experience dealing with regulators and remediating regulatory
findings is a strong plus
Able to operate with limited supervision and exercise autonomy
Possess an act-like-an-owner mentality with a bias toward taking
action
