Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality Specialist to perform outbound patient calls regarding clinical programs and medication adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Call patients to ensure timely refills of chronic disease medications
Document patient care activities and perform medication reconciliation
Coordinate with pharmacy and clinic staff to assist patients with medication access and referrals

Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Pharmacy Technician, or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting required
1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Prior experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
