Job Description:
A company is looking for a Game Economy Designer to create
balanced and optimized game economies for engaging player
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage player experience from an economic perspective,
forecasting behaviors on Web2 and Web3 layers
Develop simulations and predictive models to assess the impact of
content changes
Set prices for virtual currencies and collaborate with teams to
balance and design new features
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in free-to-play game economies and
monetization models
At least 1 year of Web3 experience with a deep understanding of the
ecosystem
Proven experience in economic modeling and quantitative
analysis
Strong understanding of game mechanics and a passion for gaming
Experience working collaboratively within diverse teams
