Job Description:
A company is looking for a Culture & Talent Business Partner to
foster a collaborative culture and drive talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned business unit
and serve as the primary HR contact
Collaborate with leaders to implement HR strategies and best
practices that drive organizational success
Lead change management initiatives and support talent acquisition
efforts for seamless integration of new talent
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of human resources experience, with 3+ years as an HR
business partner or generalist
Experience in technology or entertainment sectors is preferred
Strong interest in evolving HR practices with relevant
certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
Demonstrated high emotional maturity and integrity
Collaborative leadership skills that inspire action and champion
positive change
