Job Description:
A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support
Representative to assist patients with their MyChart accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat,
and ticketing systems
Assist patients with account activation, password resets, and
navigating the MyChart Portal
Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve
customer inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous experience with EHR systems preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or
central scheduler preferred
Strong PC skills with relevant troubleshooting examples
High School diploma or GED required
Availability for any shift, including overnights and weekends
