A company is looking for a Head of Security Operations and
Incident Response.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and care within the
team
Establish and enforce SOC processes and workflows for incident
management
Lead initiatives to integrate team insights into the broader
security strategy
Required Qualifications
Experience leading a Security Operations Center or Incident
Response team in a global enterprise
Familiarity with complex Cloud and SaaS environments
Strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices
Experience managing large teams and overseeing managers
Understanding of how different organizations in a mature security
program collaborate
