Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist II, RCM to perform revenue
cycle management activities for patient and insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Complete inventory assignments and assist with client-specific
workflow processes
Monitor work quality and participate in vendor management and
client meetings
Generate reports, create action plans, and contribute to the
development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
2-4 years of experience in medical billing and/or collections in a
healthcare or insurance environment
Certification in coding (CCS-P, CPC, or CCA) from AHIMA or AAPC
Knowledge of healthcare carriers and payer requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and practice management
software
