Key Responsibilities
Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring high-quality client
service and performance standards
Lead the account team, directing daily activities and workflow of
Account Managers and Coordinators
Identify sales opportunities and assist clients with benefits plan
budgeting and compliance audits
Required Qualifications
7+ years of industry experience
All required active licensing
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Exceptional customer service skills
PC proficiency
