Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement localized social media strategies across
various platforms
Monitor performance metrics and guide the SMM team towards growth
and engagement targets
Hire, onboard, and mentor the SMM team while optimizing workflows
and processes
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in social media strategy for localized
channels
Proven experience in leading and managing a social media management
team
Experience in setting and tracking performance goals across social
media platforms
Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with
business objectives
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and emerging trends
relevant to localization
