Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Learning Consultant
responsible for training clients on HR software and enhancing
client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate custom training requests and schedules
Assess client training needs and develop content to address
gaps
Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development
Knowledge of Payroll, HR, Time Policy, Procedures, and Systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
